Abstract

To design digital products, it is necessary to study the user experience (UX) from the analysis or empathy phase. This allows us to know and understand the needs, aptitudes, attitudes, motivations and objectives that a user has or expects from an-interface. This article aimed to present the design and validation of an instrument to collect data from teachers to build profiles and scenarios, and to design the Learning Objects Repository of the Faculty of Arts of the Autonomous University of Queretaro (ROA-UAQ), Mexico. To meet the objective, the study was carried out in three stages: design of the instrument, review by experts to validate the prima facie, and evaluation by 10 judges. The analysis of the questions was carried out with the coefficient of validity of content of Aiken's V. Values higher than 0.8 were obtained, and the total value of the Aiken's V of the instrument was .9347. On the other hand, the 10 judges suggested writing some questions and descriptors. In this sense, implementing a validated instrument for the design and development of the ROA-UAQ UX allows for the presentation of a consistent, coherent and clear questionnaire for users. In addition, it allows the conceptual design phase to have reliable and useful data for the design of optimal personas and scenarios.
